Formerly known as Industrial Health Works, Ashley Health has proudly served the Rio Grande Valley for years. Our recent name change reflects our expanded commitment to the health of the entire family, as well as the working men and women of our community.

  • Comprehensive physical exams required for commercial vehicle drivers to meet Department of Transportation (DOT) standards. These ensure drivers are physically fit to operate vehicles safely.

  • Medical exams required by employers before hiring to assess whether candidates are fit to perform job-related duties, ensuring both employee safety and workplace productivity.

  • Testing services for pre-employment screening, post-accident testing, random testing, and other workplace needs. Testing can be conducted on-site or at the clinic, ensuring compliance with workplace policies.

  • Treatment for work-related injuries, including sprains, fractures, cuts, or more serious injuries. Clinics often provide workers' compensation care, helping employees recover and return to work as safely and quickly as possible.

  • Evaluations to determine whether an employee can safely perform job duties after recovering from illness or injury. These exams ensure a smooth and safe return to work.
